Please list in the notes section of your order if you are in need of a repair or an adjustment, if you are requesting an adjustment please advise what size you would like your band to be adjust to
Upon receipt of order customer will receive a email with the address to return the band to. Once band is received iheartprettylittlejunk will email the customer know that it has arrived. After arrival please allow 5 business days for repair/adjustment 
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
